US federal authorities have issued warnings about critical security flaws in two medical devices from manufacturer Baxter. The vulnerabilities in the Baxter Welch Allyn Connex Spot Monitor and the Baxter Welch Allyn Configuration Tool, both used worldwide, could be exploited remotely and potentially compromise patient care.
