Attackers are also gaining access to victims’ webcams and microphones via open source RAT and XenoRat techniques, in addition to distributing malicious JavaScript codes through Scalable Vector Graphic images to steer clear of detection. These campaigns rely heavily on obscure anti-analysis techniques to delay investigation.
