Hackers have been using Facebook ads showing scantily-clad women to trick users into downloading malware named ‘Nodestealer,’ potentially affecting over 100,000 PCs, according to antivirus company Bitdefender. The malware steals session cookies and login data to access users’ Facebook accounts. Despite Facebook disrupting a similar campaign in May, Bitdefender has recently observed Nodestealer’s return, warning that the campaign is still active.
