Healthcare increasingly requires privacy-enhancing technologies (PETs) like fully homomorphic encryption, trusted execution environments and privacy-preserving federated learning to protect patient data during analysis. Experts from Duality, a firm creating such technologies, stated these tools are underused and could also be beneficial for evolving regulatory guidance.
