Emirates Health Service (EHS) implemented 3M™ Fluency Direct, an artificial intelligence (AI)-powered speech recognition solution, to reduce documentation time and increase accuracy of clinical notes, in a bid to tackle clinician burnout. Adoption rate of the solution across the health service rose to 70%. A survey conducted on users revealed that 94% of them saw a 50% reduction in their documentation time leading to improved patient satisfaction, productivity, and reduced burnout.
