A 76-year-old man, Robert Cockburn, has been jailed for 212 days and placed on the Sex Offenders Register for 10 years after pleading guilty to 13 sexual offences and 11 breaches of bail. He targeted both boys and men in public toilets and flashed several women at a supermarket over a period of 14 months. Despite being arrested multiple times, he continued to violate court bail conditions.
