Drinking fruit juice tied to weight gain in new study

Analysis published in JAMA Pediatrics finds correlation between 100% fruit juice consumption and weight gain in children, with the youngest group (aged 8 or under) at greatest risk. The study also noted a link between juice consumption and weight gain in adults, and recommended delaying the introduction of fruit juice to young children.
