The R00TK1T ransomware gang claimed to have attacked Chinese drone manufacturer DJI, stealing sensitive customer data. The group said it targeted DJI due to the company supplying drones to Ukraine in the conflict with Russia. The stolen information reportedly includes order details, customer names, contact information, and payment methods among others. DJI’s products are used by several governments, which escalates security concerns surrounding the alleged data breach. DJI has yet to comment on the incident.
