Defense Health Agency head forced to abruptly retire: Report

Army Lt. Gen. Telita Crosland, head of the Defense Health Agency (DHA), has abruptly retired with no reason given. This comes a week after President Trump dismissed six senior military officers and as the Pentagon moves to end diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives. David Smith is set to temporarily replace Crosland until a permanent successor is found.
