Single Sign-On (SSO) enables seamless access to various web applications, but has its challenges. This includes ensuring user’s identity exists in both systems (User provisioning) and effective management of SAML tokens. Other challenges faced include inconsistent SSO vendor terminology and methods, corporate firewall misconfigurations and server clock drifts. SSO infrastructure management can be eased through proper certificate management and troubleshooting tools.
