Datadog has launched a modernised cloud-based security information and event management (Cloud SIEM) system that boasts a simple, intuitive approach that requires no dedicated staff or special teams, lowering costs significantly. It addresses issues such as data integration and response time that have plagued legacy systems, particularly as the volume of data increases. Cloud SIEM utilises algorithms to improve agility, scalability, cost-efficiency and real-time threat detection, and clients include Lenovo, FanDuel and the University of Alabama.
