Patient and staff data stolen from NHS Dumfries and Galloway has been published on the dark web by a ransomware group, it has been confirmed. This comes after an earlier threat by the INC Ransom gang to release 3Tb of patient and staff data. The health board is contacting affected patients and working alongside relevant authorities to respond to the situation.
