Data Breached firm blames customers for reusing passwords

23andMe, a DNA testing company, blamed users for a data breach that leaked data from over 7 million users, due to recycling passwords and not resetting them. Tycko & Zavareei LLP filed a lawsuit against the company for failing to enforce basic security measures. Both parties now have to adhere to stricter security standards to prevent future breaches.
