Cybersecurity for critical infrastructure will be the major focus of Taiwan’s Administration for Cybersecurity four-year plan. Director Tsai Fu-long revealed the proposals include in-depth tests of such infrastructure and improved cybersecurity at listed companies. The administration also plans to foster home-grown cybersecurity technology capabilities, identify technologies where there are limited international suppliers, and persuade firms to invest more in information security.
