Nearly 70% suffered financial losses, 21% reported leadership changes and 19% faces lawsuits as a result. Phishing was the most common attack method. Another study by cybersecurity vendor Black Kite found that ransomware groups are increasingly focusing on the healthcare industry, with overall cyberattacks on the sector up 32% on last year.
