The APAC region saw the largest number of attacks, with a 54% increase. Latin America saw a 34% surge, Europe a 56% jump, while North America had a 20% hike. Vulnerabilities due to digital transformation, weak cyber infrastructure and rich patient data made the sector an attractive target for attackers.
