The guidelines will cover areas such as accuracy, transparency, privacy, security, regulatory compliance, interoperability, and user experience. The collaboration aims to create a blueprint for effective mobile solutions. The American Medical Association, American Heart Association, DHX Group, and HIMSS initiated the project. The collaboration is seen as an opportunity to address challenges in the rapidly expanding mobile health app market and increase trust between consumers and healthcare professionals.
