Juniper Networks has issued fixes for a critical remote code execution vulnerability that affected its SRX Series firewalls and EX Series switches. Rated 9.8 on the CVSS scale and tracked as CVE-2024-21591, the flaw could allow an unauthenticated attacker to cause a DoS or Remote Code Execution and achieve root privileges on the device.
