Court Grants Vizgen Motion to Expand Antitrust Case vs.10x, Harvard

A US District Court judge has permitted Vizgen to expand its antitrust lawsuit against 10x Genomics and Harvard University, with new evidence implicating potential attempts to monopolise the market. Vizgen’s allegations include illegal bundling of 10x Genomics’ platforms and predatory pricing strategies. The court has also granted Vizgen additional time to depose witnesses and extended the trial date to early February 2025.
