Cornerstone Healthcare Group Management Services LLC has filed a notice that an unauthorized party accessed consumer data. The breach, which included sensitive information like names, addresses, and financial information, affected at least 9,879 people. Cornerstone began sending data breach notifications and the recipients are advised to learn about fraud and identity theft prevention. The cause of the breach is yet unknown. This was the second filing by Cornerstone in 2024 after the company experienced a hacking event on its network server in March.
