President Trump’s nominee for the leader of the CMS, TV personality and physician Dr Oz, has expressed support for the contentious policy of Medicaid work requirements. Dr Oz argues such requirements should not be weaponised to prevent people accessing Medicaid, but should encourage people to contribute to society. Dr Oz’s nomination came as Republicans consider cutting Medicaid to fund other projects. However, nearly all Medicaid participants already qualify for exemptions to work requirements. In Trump’s first term, policies requiring work were initially approved, but most were struck down in courts.

New MassJacker malware targets piracy users, steals crypto
