ClickFix used to spread novel Rust-based infostealer

A new infostealer, EDDIESTEALER, is being spread by a sophisticated social engineering technique on compromised websites. The infostealer utilises various obfuscation methods to evade analysis and is programed to alter its behavior by receiving task lists from the attacker’s server. The malware targets a variety of digital wallets, browsers, password managers, messaging apps, and more, showing the increasing use of the Rust programming language by malware developers.
