ClickFake Interview – Lazarus Hackers Exploit Windows & macOS Users Fake Job Campaign

The Lazarus Group, a North Korean hacking collective, has initiated the ClickFake Interview campaign, targeting cryptocurrency job seekers. This operation uses fake interview websites to install the GolangGhost backdoor on Windows and macOS. By exploiting non-technical roles, Lazarus aims to undermine centralized finance platforms while demonstrating adaptability and sophistication in its cyberattacks, including a record $1.5 billion crypto heist in March 2025.
