ClearDATA has launched a cloud-based system called the Active Compliance and Security Monitoring Dashboard, which allows healthcare providers, pharmaceutical organisations and payers to monitor their IT systems’ levels of Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) compliance. The system enables professionals to assess their organisations’ compliance across a range of areas, including log retention, configuration scanning and backup validation. It also provides insight into data inventory and the amount of protection measures in place.
