China’s Cyberspace Administration of China (CAC) and the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) are both conducting consultations on draft regulations for cyber incident reporting. The regulations aim to enhance cybersecurity in China by establishing requirements for organizations to report cybersecurity incidents. The consultations are being conducted in parallel.
