Cherry Health has revealed that its recent network problem, which disrupted online scheduling, was due to a cybersecurity breach. It is yet unknown what information was accessed without authorisation. While investigations continue, the health service is offering free identity protection services to patients, including credit monitoring, cybersecurity scans, and identity theft insurance.
