The US House Veterans’ Affairs Committee criticised UnitedHealth Group CEO Andrew Witty for not revealing details of a ransomware attack on its Change Healthcare system that may have compromised veteran data. The company paid a $22m ransom and alleged that six terabytes of customer data were stolen. UnitedHealth plans to notify affected customers about the breach.
