Three US senators, led by Senator Elizabeth Warren, have asked the US Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency to detail its response to a February ransomware attack on insurance company Change Healthcare. The breach, which paralyzed much of the country’s healthcare system, resulted in loss of patient medical data and billions of dollars in payments.
