Cedars-Sinai’s CIO, Craig Kwiatkowski and his team have developed an AI-powered virtual primary care app, Cedars-Sinai Connect. The app has increased primary care capacity by 11%, helping more than 6,900 patients with over 9,200 virtual visits and improving outcomes and patient experience. Besides, Kwiatkowski’s approach to implementing AI in healthcare is guided by feasibility, resource availability, and efficiency.
