An employee fell victim to a phishing email, compromising their account. Although the hacker appears to have only used the account to send spam messages, unauthorized access could not be ruled out. Personal information, including names, member identification numbers, and dates of birth, was stored in the compromised account. Social Security numbers were included for eight members.
