Critical data from the U.S Army’s Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) was leaked onto the internet, due to a storage bucket being configured for public access. The data contained military and political intelligence and hints towards gaps in the Command’s cyber security systemn. As cyber risk is increasing, federal stakeholders must reduce their complexity to avoid regular revelation of classified information.
