A company called Spy Pet is selling access to a database of purportedly 3 billion Discord chat messages, as well as tracking over 600 million users across more than 14,000 servers. Spy Pet’s service provides information on a user’s nicknames, connected accounts, server memberships, messages, and more. The company requests payment in cryptocurrencies and encourages AI trainers and federal agents to contact it for deals. Discord is investigating whether Spy Pet violated its terms of service.
