Beware That Email From Booking.com, It Could Be a Phishing Scam

Booking.com users globally are under threat from a phishing campaign that tricks users into downloading malware. Microsoft Threat Intelligence first spotted this ongoing attack in December 2024, where victims receive emails containing malicious links that lead to a CAPTCHA page. The CAPTCHA instructs users to paste a command, provided by the scammers, into a Windows Run window, thereby downloading malware onto their device.
