Bangkok Hospital has moved to artificial intelligence (AI)-led registration and management systems, improving its patient flow. Software from startup Agnos, operates self-service kiosks which use facial recognition, symptom checkers, robotic process automation and data management. The system also enables better queue management and digital processes at the check-up department, where wait times have been reduced by 50%.
