Security authorities from 19 countries made 34 arrests and shut down LabHost, an open web platform that provided subscribers with tools to set up and manage phishing attacks. Users were able to choose from 170 convincingly authentic imitation websites, hone in on potential victims, and receive campaign overview services. LabHost was previously available at a monthly cost of between $179-$300 and authorities discovered over a million user credentials and around 500,000 compromised credit cards on its system.
