AT&T, Change Healthcare, others face class actions over data breaches

Consumers have initiated class action lawsuits against multiple companies, including AT&T, Change Healthcare, GardaWorld, SouthState Bank, WellNow Urgent Care, The Aspen Group, Golden Corral, and American Vision Partners. The suits were filed in U.S. federal courts and allege that the companies failed to adequately protect customer data, resulting in data breaches.
