Nashville-based Ardent Health Services has reinstated access to its patient portal, MyChart, following a ransomware attack on 23 November. Patients can now schedule appointments, message providers, view medications and test results, amongst other things. However, features such as video visits and viewing financial statements remain inaccessible as the company works to fully restore the service.
