The Community Health Center (CHC) in Connecticut has revealed a data breach that has put the personal and health data of over a million patients at risk. The breach occurred in October 2024 and was not detected until January 2025. CHC is providing victims with two years of free identity theft protection and has advised them to monitor their data for suspicious activity.
