Amy Pugh caused problems at York Hospital and Malton Bus Station

23-year-old Amy Grace Pugh, who had underlying mental health and substance misuse issues, repeatedly caused disruption in hospitals and other public places despite being subject to a criminal behaviour order. Her offences included racially aggravated behaviour, breach of a restraining order and possession of a knife. She was sentenced to 18 months in jail after her barrister stated that she was unlikely to adhere to community punishments.
