Stanford Health Care will lead an educational session on its use of artificial intelligence (AI), including ambient voice technology, at the HIMSS AI in Healthcare Forum on 5-6 September. The health system’s director of digital health, Troy Foster, will discuss a pilot using ambient voice tech for clinical documentation. While noting the technology remains a work in progress, he emphasised its potential to reduce burnout and increase clinicians’ capacity.
