Alleged inappropriate access of case files by prison and courts staff relating to triple killer, Valdo Calocane, has been labelled a “disgrace” by victims’ families. The mother of one victim accused various institutions, including police and NHS, of failings. Calocane was sentenced to a hospital order in January after admitting the manslaughter and attempted murder of three individuals.
