After multiple 36-hour bargaining sessions, Kaiser Permanente and unions present a deal to workers

The Coalition of Kaiser Permanente Unions and Kaiser Permanente have reached a tentative agreement, ending nearly seven months of negotiations. The likely deal was confirmed via X (formerly Twitter) and through press releases. The four-year contract includes a 21% wage increase over four years for all union members and provides for regular minimum wage raises, bringing the hourly rate in California to $25 and the rate in other states to $23.
