Pennsylvania’s Attorney General, Michelle Henry, has advised residents to avail themselves of free credit monitoring and identity theft protection services provided by Change Healthcare, following a February data breach impacting millions of Americans. Change Healthcare is the nation’s largest health insurer and owns giant electronic clearinghouse, United Health.
