A New Exploit Revealed for iOS 0-Day kernel Vulnerability

Security researchers unveiled the Trigon kernel exploit for iOS devices, exploiting a vulnerability (CVE-2023-32434) in the XNU kernel’s virtual memory subsystem. This complex exploit enables arbitrary kernel read/write operations without triggering panics. Targeting A10(X)-based devices on iOS 13-16.5.1, Trigon poses significant risks, despite being patched in iOS 16.5.1, especially for jailbroken devices.
