HelloTDS, a new wave of sophisticated malware campaigns, has been identified by Gen Digital. This digital threat, which uses social engineering and technical subterfuge, has infiltrated millions of devices worldwide, compromising systems while users stream media, download files, or browse legitimate-looking websites. Driven by a rapid domain rotation, encrypted communication and fake CAPTCHAs, HelloTDS targets users with active malware. Gen Digital reports over 4.3 million attempted infections in just two months.
