Rustam Rafailevich Gallyamov, who allegedly led the Qakbot cybercrime ring, and 15 others allegedly associated with DanaBot, have been named. Authorities have seized more than $4 million from the groups. While the individuals remain in Russia, international law enforcement agencies continue to dismantle their operations.
