Kettering Health suffered a cybersecurity attack, leading to system-wide issues including phone outages and cancellation of patients’ appointments and some surgeries. The hospital network is working round-the-clock to restore systems and reschedule procedures while maintaining an emphasis on patient safety. There is no evidence so far of personal data compromise. Kettering Health is collaborating with the Greater Dayton Area Hospital Association to manage patient care across the region during this crisis.
