The UK government will ban the sale and supply of single-use vapes from June 1st, due to their inefficiency and harmful environmental impact. Businesses could face penalties including fines and prison time for non-compliance with the ban, which will be enforced differently across England, Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland. However, reusable vapes – those that are rechargeable and refillable – will still be allowed to be sold and bought.
