Consequently, elective inpatient and outpatient procedures have been cancelled, and the call center is down. While emergency rooms and clinics remain open, the spokesperson did not disclose whether it was a ransomware attack. The Interlock ransomware gang, which has previously attacked healthcare systems, is suspected of initiating the cyberattack.
