Revealed information includes names, social security numbers, and medical records. Serviceaide found no direct evidence of misuse but the delayed detection raises concerns over third-party healthcare IT systems’ vulnerabilities. Serviceaide is offering patients 24 months of credit monitoring. The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services is reviewing the breach.
